Rollin' with the homies

Sittin' with Shannon...

Standin' with Josh.

Fiery Hair

Sometimes, when it's a bit humid out, and the light hits it just right, his hair just looks flamin'.

Hamptons Baby

We spent Memorial Day Weekend in Bridgehampton, Long Island, with some friends. Here are a few of the millions of pictures we took.

Reading some minor Faulkner on the porch with Dad.

Doesn't like kisses.

Napping at the beach in his nifty little travel bed.

Natural History Museum

It was raining today, so we went to the Museum of Natural History. We checked out the Alaskan elk...

And the planetarium...

And then took a nap.

Train to Jordan. I mean Brooklyn.

This is from a subway ride to Crown Heights, Brooklyn, to hang out with Ben and Anna. Me, Matt, Farron and P-rock on the train to Jordan, complete with live serenade...

Same bath time, same bath boy

He gets a bath every day at 7:30 pm sharp. Well, more or less. He likes bath time. He hates towelling-off time.

These are a few of my favorite things

Sitting up (with some help, of course)

My new bouncy seat, complete with dangling toys that, as far as I can tell, are supposed to look like farm animals. Pink and blue ones. With rattles instead of legs. That play an electronic version of "Old Macdonald had a farm" when you pull hard enough on them. Hey, I'm not complaining. The whole thing vibrates. I love it.

If Tintin had massive cheeks...

...he would look just like this.

mom time

The daily regimen of stretches and tickling.

urban 'necks

Me and P. at a trailer park-themed rooftop baby shower. I think my newly scabbed over chicken pox made a nice accessory. And he just looks scarily natural.
