Oh the humanity! Summer in the city can be a desperate time! I am glad the rock was able to call forth water from the unforeseen depths! (Nice hat)
Love the Raymond Chandler tone, too. You can't be too careful -- the playground can be a gritty place, with fast friends and even faster women.
