Mr. No Nap
Apparently, when Mr. P turned two, he grew out of his naps. Every day, we put him down for a nap after lunch, and every day, he chats to himself for an hour or more and doesn't fall asleep.
Until four hours later, when we're coming back from the playground after the fifteenth exhaustion-induced tantrum of the day.

What's the deal with these 2 year olds and their nap strike? It's unacceptable. It's wrong. It's scary.
Amen. If you figure it out, let me know. It's really getting old.
i feel your pain, girls... naptime at our house probably consists of more singing and crying than actually sleeping
He's asserting his independence... he doesn't need your nap time... he is his own man... fight the power!
If he keeps this up he'll be a teenager in no time.
