Funny guy

So P told his first joke today. Well, his first joke that's more complicated than just saying "Poopoo cow! Poopoo cow!" and laughing hysterically.

He has this blue nightlight in his room, and he asked me this morning "Mama, why that light in my room is blue?" And I said, I don't know. And he said "Cause it ate so many BLUEBERRIES! Hahahahaha!"

I laughed. Ahem. Maybe you had to be there. It was funny when he told it.

Coney Island

So when we're not sitting around in our backyard, we do go places. A few weeks ago (jeez it takes forever to sit down at the computer and load up pictures from the camera when it's hot out), we went to Coney Island. We rode on the ferris wheel (the swinging cars, which nearly gave me a heart attack), we sat on the beach and somehow managed to not get rained on, we hung out with our friends, and we ate hot dogs. And we liked them, really we did.
